Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a damaged product you could be eligible for a return, refund or compensation. Contact us as coppinsting@gmail.com

We have a 30-day return, refund or compensation policy, which means you have 30 days after the day you received your items to start a return or inform us of incorrect or damegd items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All return costs are the customers responibility as we are unable to create shipping labels in other countries.

Once the items have been received back to our wharehouse and evaluated you will be compensated for the shipping cost if your return is approved.

All returns, refunds and compenstaion requests are subject to the discretion of team. Genuine inquiries will be taken care of 100%. if you are trying to take advantage of the system, don't waste your time.

Replies can typically take 2-3 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

CLEARANACE/BLEM Parts.
Clearance/Blem or Blemished parts are periodically stated on the product listing when they are available. These products are discounted and purchased with knowledge of the defects as stated on the product listing at the time of purchase. All Clearance and Blemished parts are not eligble for returns, refunds or compensation.
